What the customer needed

The team at New City College wanted an operator to manage its charging network for Ardleigh Green Campus, with a clear route for both network support and physical maintenance.

The priority was to meet the Unsupported charge points operated by BP Pulse and to migrate on to our platform, supported by a service covering day-to-day charging operations and the agreed care of the equipment.

What ElmPark delivered

We onboarded 9 BP Pulse F7 charge points, providing 18 charging sockets, onto ElmPark EV CPMS. Access was configured for staff and visitors, reflecting the site’s agreed requirements.

ElmPark EV took on the role of charge point operator, managing access, tariffs, billing, reporting and driver support. On-site maintenance and annual health checks were included under the agreed service scope.
