What the customer needed

The team at Pangbourne wanted to connect its charge points to a platform backed by an operator that could manage the charging service for satff members.

The priority was to meet a smooth migration process from BP Pulse to Elmpark EV, while keeping day-to-day charging administration with a dedicated network team.

What ElmPark delivered

We onboarded a mixture of 16 AC and DC charge points, providing 36 charging sockets, onto ElmPark EV CPMS. Access was configured for staff members, reflecting the site’s agreed requirements.

ElmPark EV took on the role of charge point operator, managing access, tariffs, billing and reporting under the agreed service. The customer retained responsibility for arranging on-site maintenance.

The site agreement sets out included attendance, servicing, parts and any exclusions, together with the process for arranging additional work.

Want an operator to manage your charge points?

Tell us your site location, charger make and model, the number of charge points and sockets, and how drivers use the site. We can review compatibility and discuss managed CPMS onboarding.

Onboarding is subject to charger compatibility, condition, connectivity and access to the configuration needed. The managed service and support arrangements are agreed for each site. On-site maintenance is arranged separately.
